NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION

Notice is hereby given that the Commissioners of Fire District No. 1 in the Township of Hazlet, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, shall ask the registered legal voters of said Fire District on Thursday August 1, 2024 between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. or longer, if necessary, to approve or disapprove the purchase of fire apparatus and equipment relative to compliance of apparatus for the extinguishment of fires and public safety for an amount not exceeding $2,100,000.00 and undertake lease purchase financing relative to the project.  Said voting shall take place at the Hazlet Township Fire District Office, 812 Poole Ave., Suite A, Hazlet, NJ 07730
